Return & Refund Process
Contact us at support@cocoseat.com within 45 days of confirmed delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
Our team will review the request and may request additional details or photos.
If approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps, including the return address (if a return is required). This may include a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility
45-Day Return Window (Unused Items): Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging (when applicable).
Issue-Based Returns (Defective/Damaged/Incorrect): Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be opened for inspection.
Valid Reasons for Return/Refund
• Unused-item return within 45 days (not a fit / changed mind)
• Defective or damaged item
• Incorrect item due to a shipping error
• Lost in transit (non-delivery). If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate.

Return Shipping
For unused-item returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable only if they were charged at checkout.
If the issue is due to our error (defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit), we cover return shipping when a return is required.
Return Deadline After Approval
If your return is approved, the package must be postmarked within 7 days of approval (unless we confirm otherwise in writing).
Refund Timing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (or after approval for lost-in-transit cases). Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
