Shipping Rates
For a limited time, all orders ship free with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Times
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak periods and promotions. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom
Typical delivery time is estimated at 5 to 12 business days.

International Orders
Delivery times vary by destination. Customs clearance may introduce delays that are outside our control. Import duties, taxes, and fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Preorders
If an item is listed as Preorder, it will ship by the estimated ship-by date shown on the product page. You will receive tracking once your preorder ships.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier website. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate.
